1. General Terms

mg888 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between each user and mg888. By browsing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

1.1 Scope of Application

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Important: You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on mg888. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account on mg888. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended or closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

The name, address, date of birth, and contact information you provide at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. If false information is provided, we reserve the right to close the account at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.

3. Account Verification

To ensure a safe environment, mg888 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when necessary. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
Proof of current address (a recent utility bill or bank statement).
Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. This process is conducted securely via SSL encryption.

Refusing to provide the information required for verification, or presenting false documents, may result in the permanent closure of the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds into mg888 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

Deposit funds must be sent from the user's own account.
Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and will be returned.
After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete, depending on the method and verification status.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
Withdrawals may be put on hold if an active investigation or verification is in progress.

4.3 Payment Liability

mg888 is not responsible for any payment processing delays or failures that originate from the payment service provider. For such issues, please contact the support team directly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = the bonus becomes withdrawable after ৳20,000 in bets have been placed.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

One welcome bonus applies per account.
Bonus funds are converted to cash balance only after wagering is fully completed.
If bonus wagering is not permitted on a specific game, this will be clearly stated.
mg888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

mg888 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Tiers are upgraded through continued activity and regular play. VIP benefits are subject to the terms of a separate program.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Conditions

All bets on the mg888 platform are placed according to the user's instructions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless mg888 cancels it due to a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error, system outage, or irregularity occurs in any game or bet, mg888 reserves the right to void that specific round or bet. In such cases, the amount wagered will be returned to the user's balance.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

Placing bets using automated bots or software is prohibited.
Exploiting any system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is tested regularly.

6.4 Sports Betting

Rules for betting on sports markets may vary by sport type. Detailed information on markets and odds for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports is available on the relevant game page. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet settlement policy will be determined according to the applicable rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

mg888 prioritises responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Users can use the following tools to protect themselves:

Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
Temporary Break: Put your account on a break for a set period of time.
Self-Exclusion: Request to be excluded from using the service for an extended period.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mg888 platform:

Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.

Attempting to hack, spread viruses, or damage the system.
Abusing the bonus or promotion system ("bonus hunting").
Playing games through automated software or scripts.
Registering under a false identity or presenting fraudulent documents.
Gaining unauthorised access to other users' accounts.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mg888 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, databases, and other materials — is covered by the Company's exclusive intellectual property rights.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, without prior written permission from the Company:

No content may be copied, distributed, or republished.
Logos or trademarks may not be used for commercial purposes.
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of any software is prohibited.

Section 10

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Guarantee

mg888 strives to ensure the highest quality of service. However, the company is not liable in the following cases:

Issues caused by loss of internet connection.
Issues related to the user's device or software.
Disruption of services by third-party payment providers.
Force Majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall mg888's maximum liability exceed the user's account balance at that time. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance before closure will be returned through the standard withdrawal process, subject to applicable conditions.

11.2 Closure at mg888's Initiative

mg888 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

Any violation of these terms and conditions.
Evidence of fraudulent activity or forgery.
Refusal to cooperate with the verification process.
Identified as an underage user.

11.3 Appeal Process

If you have any objection regarding the closure of your account, you may submit an appeal to the support team within 30 days. The appeal will be resolved after a proper investigation.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

mg888 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali text shall prevail.
